Where can I buy entry tickets?

Tickets will be available online soon. Tickets will also be on sale during the fair at the entrance of MECC Maastricht.

How do I order tickets online?

It is very straightforward to order tickets online using Paylogic. Enter the number of tickets you would like to buy in the order section. You will then be asked to register, or to enter your email address and password if you have already registered. After you have completed your order you will receive an E-ticket via email. The E-ticket is your entry ticket. So make sure you print it out so you can have it scanned at the entrance of Interclassics & TopMobiel. Your E-ticket has a unique barcode that can only be used once, so there is no point trying to copy it.

How do I get InterClassics & TopMobiel?

MECC Maastricht is just a 5 minute walk from Maastricht-Randwyck train station and is also close to Maastricht central station.

Where can I park during Interclassics & TopMobiel?

MECC Maastricht offers spacious parking facilities around the building. You can buy a parking ticket for €9,50 at the entrance of MECC Maastricht. There is one fixed price for the whole day, irrespective of how long you stay.

What facilities are there for the disabled/wheelchair users?

InterClassics & TopMobiel is easily accessible for the disabled/wheelchair users. The aisles are all level and spacious. Lifts and disabled toilets are available in the building. Wheelchairs are also available for hire. Due to very limited availability, wheelchairs must be reserved in advance on tel. no. +31(0)43 38 38 383.

Is smoking allowed in MECC Maastricht?

No, following the European Tobacco Act, MECC Maastricht has been a non-smoking area since 1 July 2008. The smoking ban applies to all rooms of the MECC complex, including catering locations and car parks. Special smoking areas have been created outside for smokers.

Are there cash machines in MECC Maastricht?

There is a cashpoint for the ABN AMRO Bank. Tip: withdraw cash in advance to avoid long queues at the cash machine.

I have forgotten/lost something during my visit to MECC Maastricht. What do I do?

Are dogs allowed during the fair?

Small dogs are allowed on a leash. MECC Maastricht will decide whether a dog fits these criteria.
